There are a lot of riffs and variations of the popular cocktail ( frozen margarita pie, anyone?), but as long as you have a shaken drink with tequila, lime, and orange liqueur, you are safely in Margaritaville. The basic recipe- tequila with triple sec and fresh lime juice-is forgiving for beginners but has enough room for experimentation that seasoned pros can add their own touches of flair. Like the venerable daiquiri, the drink is primal enough that it can be made from commonly found ingredients yet has enough complexity to offer endless possibilities for riffing and customization. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit and a sprig of rosemary.A traditional margarita recipe is special in the pantheon of classic cocktails. Do not shake at this point because if you do, you’ll release all the bubbly goodness of the rosé. Add the Sparkling Rosé to the mixture. If the juices are too cold, the honey will not blend. *Note, it’s ideal to use room temp juices to allow the honey to combine well into the mixture. Now, to prepare the cocktail, add the grapefruit juice, lime juice, honey, and tequila to a cocktail shaker.

Dip the rim into the crushed Himalayan salt.

PEACH GRAPEFRUIT MARGARITA BOTTLE PROFESSIONAL
I had a real good time taste testing this recipe to make sure it was just right….like I said, easy-drinking ! I wonder, how do professional mixologists do this all day long? I totally envy their tolerance level, ha.Īnyway, I think the recipe came out perfect! Mildly sweet but with a refreshing citrus twist to accompany the bubbly Rosé. It would be hard to find someone who wouldn’t appreciate a bottle of this at their next occasion, and not to mention it’s the perfect drink for your next girl’s night in! Pink and bubbly ? It’s a yes from me! Trust me when I say this Sparkling Rosé is a laid back, easy-drinking wine. Upon first sip, I tasted a very crisp floral/fruity note, which is why I knew I needed to incorporate the sweet juice of a grapefruit into this recipe. It’s created using a blend of Chardonnay, Glera grapes, and Malbec to create a vibrant, refreshing bouquet of flavors. This Sparkling Rosé is the best I’ve ever tasted. When I found out about National Rosé Day, I knew I wanted to develop a margarita recipe that incorporated my favorite Santa Margherita Sparkling Rosé. But if there’s one thing I certainly don’t mind about living out here, it’s the margaritas! (And, if we’re being honest, I don’t hate the burritos either!) The traffic, the lack of edible pizza, and the slow, laid back pace of living out here. Since moving to Southern California, there are a few things I’ve had to get used to.
